A pre-launch interior for an imagined off-plan penthouse. Off-plan property is sold on images, so this one has to feel like a photograph of a real room.

Approach

We designed the room around the view: travertine, cream upholstery and one sculptural piece. Interior and exterior exposure were balanced the way an architectural photographer would, and materials were refined until the space read as built, not rendered.
